Education is the Key to Labor’s Success

The biggest problem with unions is not the leadership, but an uneducated membership. Most members are happy to join a union but are quickly rushed into a status quo of inactivity. With today’s society moving at the speed of a terabyte, the idea of just going to meetings and paying dues out of our pockets is now obsolete. Meetings can be held online, or via conference calling. Dues come directly out of members pay via check-offs. However, members are lagging way behind with the times and are in need of catching up to speed. There needs to be an immediate educational process to empower the members of unions within this 21st Century. This can be done, and must be done.
Peace, Family!
